摘要
以降低废纸袋纸浆硬度为目的 ,进行了废纸袋纸浆单段氧脱木素和H2 O2 强化氧脱木素的实验。结果表明 ,在浆浓 1 0 %条件下 ,单段氧脱木素最佳工艺条件 :NaOH用量 3 . 0 %,氧压 0 . 6MPa ,温度 1 1 0℃ ,反应时间 60min ;在此工艺条件下 ,废纸袋纸浆的卡伯值可降低 48 . 4 %,纸浆卡伯值在 1 1左右 ;而经过H2 O2 强化的氧脱木素可使废纸袋纸浆的卡伯值降低 52 . 5 %,纸浆卡伯值在 1 0左右。
In order to reduce the hardness of the pulp from waste paper-bag,one-stage oxygen delignification and oxygen delignification strengthened with H_2O_2 of the pulp were studied in this paper.The results indicated that the optimum conditions of one-stage oxygen delignification were as follows:the dosage of alkali was 3%,oxygen pressure was 0.6 MPa,temperature was 110℃ and reaction time was 60 min。The kappa number of the pulp could be decreased 48.4% under these conditions.Whereas kappa number of the pulp could be decreased 52.5% after the oxygen delignification strengthened by H_2O_2.The delignificated waste paper-bag pulp could be suitable for further bleaching to the high brightness,which established the foundation for the high-end utilization of long-fiber waste kraft paper.
