造纸辊筒用防粘耐磨涂料的研究 被引量:1

摘要 实验以聚四氟乙烯悬浮液为主要原料 ,得到改性聚四氟乙烯最优涂料配方 ;将改性涂料在铸铁试样表面喷涂成型 ,涂层硬度为 2H ,附着力为 1级 ;耐磨性为在 50 0g的载荷下 ,与钢轮对磨50 0转 ,弦长为 3 . 6mm ;涂层结合强度为在 2 50℃以下经受 2 0次以上骤冷骤热的冲击无变化 ;接触角为 1 0 7 . 5°;光泽度为 49 . 7%(75°入射光 ) ;涂层的耐蚀性好 ;耐冲击性能为 32次 ;涂料贮存期达 1个月以上。 Some fillers were chosen to modify PTFE suspension in this paper.5 factors4 levels orthogonal experiment and variance analysis were used to decide the optimal formulation of modified PTFE coating.It included 100 parts of PTFE,6.7 of chromium oxide,2.7 of molybdenum disulfide,6.7 of bronze powder,5.3 of PPS,0.002 of NDZ-311W,0.006 of Foamaster 111,0.006 of Levelling 620,and 0.012 of film coalescence aid.The properties of the modified PTFE coating were as follows:the hardness was 2H,adhesion of the coating was 1 grade,wear resistance was denoted by the bow of wear surface,which was worn against bearing steel through 500 circles under the load of 500g.The bow was 3.6mm.It could endure for over twenty times suddenly colding and heating in 250 centigrade.Contact angle of the coatings was about 107.5 degree.Gloss was 49.7 percent (The coating was polished by metallographic sand paper appreciably and the incident angle was 75 degree).The coating had so excellent anti-corrosion property that it didn't change through one month in the solutions of hydrochloric acid,sodium hydroxide and sodium chloride with concentration 5% and 15% respectively.Impact strength of coating was 32 times.The modified PTFE coating having excellent integrative properties could be used as anti-adherence and wear resistance coating for the rollers of paper machine.
