我国中小学综合课教师培养模式探讨

Study on the Teacher Training Models for the Integrated Curricula in Primary and Junior High Schools in China

文章以云南师范大学综合课教师培养试验为个案,分析了目前我国中小学综合课教师培养存在的问题,针对新一轮基础教育课程改革中所设置的艺术、科学、历史与社会综合课,构建起主辅式、整合式的综合课教师培训模式。

Take an example of the experiment in Yunnan Normal University,this paper analyzes the problems of teacher training for the integrated curricula.In the new curriculum reform there are three integrated courses:history and society,science,and arts.The paper develops the teacher training models for these three integrated courses and the models are main-auxiliary model and integrated model.
