韩国与台湾的微电子产业之所以能发展成为具有较大的经济规模和较强的国际竞争力,与它们的产业政策和发展模式是密不可分的。通过对韩国和台湾发展微电子产业所采取的产业政策和发展模式进行了比较分析,并以此为借鉴,对我国微电子产业的发展提出了一系列对策和建议。

As the backward countries and regions, the microelectronic industries of Korea S. and Taiwan can develop into certain international competitiveness with relatively large electronic scale, It is inseparable with their industrial policy and development model. This text comparatively analyses Korea s. and Taiwan's industrial policy and development mode that they take in the course of developing microelectronic industry ,and puts forward a series of countermeasures and proposes to the development of China's the microelectronic industry.
