摘要
Si3N4陶瓷球的各类加工缺陷是影响其疲劳寿命的主要原因之一,减少Si3N4陶瓷球批量化生产中加工缺陷是降低其生产成本的重要方法。对Si3N4陶瓷球批量化生产各加工工序中出现的缺陷及其产生原因进行归纳分析,并提出解决办法。
The various machining defects of Si_3N_4 ceramic balls is one of the main causes to decrease fatigue life, reducing the machining defects in batch production is an important method to lower production cost. The induction analyses is made for defect causes, the solution is provided.
