摘要
研究清代诗学者,通常就虞山、神韵、格调、性灵、桐城、同光诸流派递衔而说其理论,很少注意到这些不同流派的论者几乎都对《诗经》有所探讨。研究《诗经》的学者,则只留心经学笺注考证之成果,集中讨论陈奂、姚际恒、胡承珙、方玉润一类经师之著作,而不知各诗话中存有着大量论《诗》之言论。本文考述《清诗话》、《续清诗话》所载资料中之论《诗经》文献,以补历来研究者之阙。观察清代诗话中数量惊人的《诗经》论述,我们发现它乃是宋明以文学角度解释《诗经》这个传统的强势发展。不但尊《诗》以为文学之本源、典范,亦以此破经生之迂执。强调《诗》须作诗读,应注意其比兴寄托,阐发诗语言的奥秘,亦由此深入处理了唐宋之分、诗文之辨、正与变、情与理、意与法等理论问题。许多观点足以与现代文学理论相印证,更是深入了解清代诗学不能不重新审视的一条线索。
Scholars of Qing Poetry focus their study on various styles, while scholars of The General Anthology of Poetry are mostly interested in ancient textual research. Neither group of scholars has paid close attention to the historical and theoretical implications in the literature about the study of The General Anthology of Poetry. In his analysis of Qing Poetry Talks, the author tries to demonstrate that the authors of the Poetry Talks in the Qing period greatly strengthened the literary tradition represented in The General Anthology of Poetry. Qing Poetry Talks have insightful ideas for the historical and theoretical study of Chinese poetry.
