“妇康宁”栓剂抗炎、抗菌试验的研究

目的验证“妇康宁”栓剂的抗炎、抗菌效果。方法采用小鼠耳肿胀模型和大鼠肉芽肿模型来进行“妇康宁”栓剂的抗炎试验研究,采用体外抗菌试验和体表抗菌试验进行“妇康宁”栓剂的抗菌试验研究。结果妇康宁栓剂可使小鼠耳炎症明显减轻,并对肉芽组织生长有明显的抑制作用。妇康宁栓剂的MIC介于2.5mg/ml～10mg/ml之间,对绿脓杆菌引起的体表感染有一定程度的抑制作用和保护作用。结论“妇康宁”栓剂具有明显的抗炎、抑菌作用。

Objective To validate the anti-inflammation and anti-bacterium of “Fukangnig” suppository. Methods I study the anti-inflammation of“ Fukangning” suppository with the ear-swelling model of small rat and the granuloma-swelling model of big rat.Results “Fukangning”suppository could relieve the otitis of small rat and restrain the growth of granuloma tissue; The MIC of“ Fukangning” suppository lies between 2.5mg/ml and 10mg/ml and it effectively control and protect the body-infection caused by Bacillus pyocyaneus. Conclusion “ Fukangning” suppository possesses obvious anti-inflammation and anti-bacterium.
