胫骨平台骨折82例治疗体会

The Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fracture

目的总结胫骨平台骨折治疗的效果。方法对1998年3月～2004年12月收治的82例胫骨平台骨折病例进行总结分析。结果82例中有68例得到6个月～2年的随访,骨折均已愈合,按Merchant评分标准,优良率82.4%。结论胫骨平台骨折的治疗应该强调骨折达到解剖对位,有骨片分离或关节面塌陷移位>5mm的胫骨平台骨折必须采用切开复位内固定术,有骨缺损时应进行自体或异体骨植骨。

Objective To study the treatment effect of tibial plateau.Method 82 cases of tibial plateau fracture from 1998, 3 to 2004, 12 were treated and studied. 62 cases in 82 cases were followed up for 6 months to 2 years, 62 cases of tibial plateau fracture have healed, excellent and good rate was 82.4% evaluated by Merchant standard.Conclusion The treatment of tibial plateau fracture should be emphasized the anatomical reduction. All the cases should be open reduction and internal fixation if there is bone separated or the articular surface depression more than 5 mm. The autogenous and allogeneic bone graft should be used if there is bone defect.
