清开灵注射液治疗高血压脑出血术后高热、昏迷的疗效观察

Clinical Study on Treatment of Postoperative High Fever and Coma of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage with Qingkailing Injection

目的探讨清开灵注射液对高血压脑出血术后高热、昏迷的疗效。方法对85例高血压脑出血术后昏迷、高热的患者在常规治疗的基础上,增加应用清开灵注射液来加强促醒、降温的效果,与对照组85例单纯常规治疗的患者相比较。结果清开灵治疗组在高热持续时间、昏迷时间、住院时间以及4周时日常生活能力(ADL)分级的对比等方面均优于对照组,而病死人数、不良反应方面两者无显著性差异。结论清开灵注射液能够明显缩短高血压脑出血患者术后高热、昏迷的持续时间,并能缩短病程,改善预后。

Objective To explore the effects of Qingkailing injection on postoperative high fever and coma of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 85 cases of postoperative high fever and coma of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were administered Qingkailing injection to enhance the effects of waking-up and temperature-reducing besides the routine therapies, then compared with 85 cases in the control group which only given the routine therapies. Results The duration of high fever and coma, hospitalization time and the grade l of ADL after 4 weeks treatment in Qingkailing group were much better than that of the control. There were no obvious differences of adverse reactions and death number between the two groups. Conclusion Qingkailing injection would obviously shorten the duration of postoperative high fever and coma of hyper- tensive cerebral hemorrhage, reduce the disease course and improve the prognosis.
