摘要
重点对非法行医的主体进行研究,着力探索医师执业资格、医师兼职、机构行为、中医院特点等与非法行医主体可能发生的联系,以求为全面而有效地治理非法行医提供认识前提。
In order to provide premies for understanding of governing illegal practice of medicine completely and effectively, this article investigated mainly the principal part in illegal practice of medicine by focusing on the relationship between the principal part in illegal practice of medicine and qualification for doctor, part-time job of doctors, activities of institutions, the characteristic of TCM hospitals.
