考察了上海地区15所医院的奖金分配方案;通过专家调查方法,试图找出医院奖金分配方案的主要影响因素和建立综合评价体系:运用模糊数学原理,对8种常见的奖金分配方案进行了综合评价;对医院奖金分配原则进行了阐述,提出了具体建议。

Having inspected the way of distribution of bonus in the 15 hospitals of Shanghai, the main affecting factors and the comprehensive evaluating system of the ways of distributing bonus of hospital are tried to be found by the way of experts exploring. Applying the principle of ambiguity mathematics and evaluating the eight common distributing ways of bonus, the distribution proinciple of bonus in hospital are expounded, and the detailed proposals are offered.
