教师教育观的形成与发展

摘要 教师教育观的形成与发展既关乎教师个人的成长,又关乎当前正在深化的教育教学改革。教师的教育观大体上经历三个发展阶段:(一)职前准备阶段;(二)初步形成阶段;(三)继续发展阶段。教师早期的学习经历、教师个体的实践活动及社会文化、时代精神、教师群体等都是影响教师教育观形成与发展的重要因素。教师发展性的教育观应具有主动性、开放性、反思性和实践性等特征。
