城市的信用制度文化是城市能否具有吸引力和凝聚力的关键因素。但目前我国城市化进程中的信用缺失现象也十分严重。为此,必须提高对信用制度文化建设重要性的认识;让“法制”和“德治”双管齐下;建立我国的社会信用征信系统;加强企业诚信建设;建立个人信用制度。

Credit culture is the key to a city's attractive and cohesive power. At present,credit absence in China's urbanization process is appalling. Therefore,we must deepen our understanding of the importance of credit culture construction,let both 'rule by law' and 'rule by moral' play their respective role, establish China's social credit system,reinforce business credit building and set up individual credit system.
