Research On Status Quo Of Medium-Income People In Fujian And How To Increase Their Proportion

根据福建省中等收入者比重偏小、收入分配制度不完善、结构调整效应和文化程度低等特征,必须通过人力资本、要素资本、社会资本、生活资本和经济资本的共同作用,使低收入者逐步进入中等收入者阶层,达到2020年中等收入者比重超过两头的目标。

In Fujian,according to the characteristics of small proportion of people of medium income,imperfect income distribution system,structural adjustment effect and comparative low educational level,we must,through the joint function of human capital,factor capital,social capital, livelihood capital and economic capital,make lower-income people gradually become medium-income people and realize the target of making medium-income people outnumbering lower-income or high-income people in 2020.
