摘要
综述疲劳—维修交互作用下结构安全性理论的现状,并展望其发展方向。现有理论包括基于S—N关系的经典理论和以结构完整性为基础的现代理论,都与结构的强度退化、维修更新过程和服役的经济性相联系。获得各种检测方法的精度和裂纹检出概率模型是有待开展的基础工作;建立考虑维修效应和修后应力史变化的结构寿命周期可靠性模型是有待开展的重要工作;进一步需要发展基于疲劳短裂纹行为的新理论。
The sate of the art and prospects are presented of the structural safety theories under interactive fatigue maintenances. The classical theory by fatigue S—N relations and the fatigue crack propagation rate based modern theory are two main branches. Both of them are related to the structural strength degradation, maintenance renewal process and economical effects. A fatal item in the future is to develop the database on sensitivity and crack detected probability of various non destructive inspection methods. The structural reliability models should be developed to consider the different effects of restoring structural functions and the affects of new fatigue stressing process after repair. The most important work is hoped to develop a new theory based on the short fatigue crack behaviour.
