摘要
该文根据对齿根应力的有限元分析及其与 ISO 方法的对比提出了舍弃采用悬臂梁公式和应力集中系数,直接从实际齿形、相似理论和有限元分析出发,导出齿根应力计算公式的意见。并对 ISO 方法中的应力校正系数进行了分析,提出了一些疑问,供讨论商榷。该文同时提供了用 APPLE 微机进行有限元计算的一个算例和方法,其效果相当于将该机容量扩大了16倍以上。
Based on the analysis of the root stress by finite element methodand the comparison of this stress with those due to ISO method, this paper introduces a set of formulas for such a calculating which isderived from the real teeth contours,similarity theory and finite ele-ment analysis under the condition of ignoring overhanging beam formu-las and stress concentration coefficient.For discussion,the author hasresearched the stress correct coefficient and raised some questions.A finite element example is also calculated on microcomputer APPLE—2 and shows that this method has an effect of enhancing the computercapacity up to 16 time。
