摘要
无线TCP协议是目前新一代无线移动因特网研究的热点领域之一。本文在对适用于无线链路的TCP协议进行总结和分析的基础上,研究了3种基于时间机制的TCP协议:TCP Vegas,TCP Westwood以及TCP Reno的基本原理和性能,并在ns2仿真平台上对这3种TCP协议在无线信道中的部分性能进行了分析和比较,最后提出了进一步的研究方向。
<abstract>Wireless TCP is a focus of wireless mobile Internet research. Based on the analysis of TCP protocol over wireless links, a comparison is made on the three mechanisms of TCP: TCP Reno, TCP Vegas and TCP Westwood. Simulation tests concerning their performance are also conducted, using the ns2 network simulator. And prospects of further research in TCP over wireless links are predicted.
