南通市农村社区卫生服务站建设现况研究

A Study of Current Situation of Rural Commnuity Health Service Stations in Nantong City

目的:了解南通市将农村卫生室改建为社区卫生服务站后的运行状况。方法:采用整群抽样方法,对南通市3个县(市)1/4乡镇的235家农村社区卫生服务站进行调查。结果:社区卫生服务站人员素质偏低,难以满足农民新的卫生保健需求;开展日常医疗工作所需的设备及药品的拥有量相对较为充足;“六位一体”的社区卫生服务工作内容未能全面展开;社区卫生服务站经费紧张,筹资渠道狭窄。结论:社区卫生服务在农村地区尚处于发展的初级阶段,在今后的工作中,要对社区卫生服务进行广泛宣传,强化政府职能,拓宽筹资渠道,提高农村社区卫生服务人员专业素质,促进“六位一体”服务内容的全面开展,同时,健全相关制度,引导农村社区卫生服务可持续发展。

Objectives:To understand the operation status of rural community health service station converted from village clinics. Methods:a cluster sampling method survey was carrid out. 235 community health service stations in one fourth townships of three counties/county level cities were investigated. Results:The community health service station personnel quality is lower and cant meet the rural resi dents new health demand;the equipment and the drugs capacity which the daily m edical practice needs is relatively sufficient;integration of six kinds of commu nity health service shas not been comprehensively developed;the community healt h service stations are facing financial problems,financing sources are limited. Conclusion:The development of community health services is still in the initial stage in rural China.In the future,more widespread propaganda must be carried on it. Strengthening government function,developing financing sources,promoting qu ality of rural community health service personnel,and pushing on integrated com munity health services provision should be emphasized.And at the same time,the government should develop relevant policies to fulfill a sustainable development of rural community health services.
