摘要
为了适应房地产业的健康发展,房地产企业在战略上进行了重大调整,主要表现在:在融资渠道上,由单一银行贷款或融资演变为多渠道融资的战略;在地域开发上,从本地化发展演变为异地开发战略;在产品开发上,由追求规模、速度演变为追求质量、讲生态、有文化含量的精品战略;在经营模式上,由香港模式演变为美国模式,实施“专业化”发展战略。
Seeing from the development of China's real estate industry the orientation of its real estate enterprise development is that on the path of finance,the strategg for lending from banks or financing is turned to financing from multichannels;the land development is twrned to the other places from local development,the product development is turned to pay attention to the quality,ecological products with culxure content,the marketing is grown to industrial one from local marketing,the market mode is turned U.S from Hong kong,by which specilized development strategy is implemented.
