摘要
阐述了职业教育院校“双师”型教师的内涵及其认定条件,提出了建立“双师型”教师队伍形成机制的作法,探讨了“双师型”教师队伍的可持续发展问题,指出了保证“双师型”教师队伍持续发展的有效途径。
The connotation and cognizance conditions for double-quality teachers in vocational colleges are discussed in the paper, the way of establishing double-quality teachers group forming mechanism put out, the issues of persistent development for double-quality teachers discussed, the effective way for guarantee it proposed as well.
