随着网络技术的飞速发展,网络版权纠纷的发生在所难免。因应网络环境的变化,在司法实践的推动下,我国进行了大规模的网络版权立法。网络版权保护法律体系已经基本建立起来,但是,仍然存在一些问题需要进一步解决。

With the rapid development < at full speed> of the network technology, the emergence of the network copyright disqute is unavoidable. To deal with the changes brought by network technology, Our country revised coyright law and issued a lot of other legislations by the prompt of judicial practice. The law system of network copyright protection has heen set up basically, but, there are still some problems in need of further solutions.
