摘要 通过教学实践和文献综述,认识到新建本科院校的女生体育教学应根据校本人才培养方向和目标,从教与学的实用性、可操作性着手,方能体现大学体育教育的“以人为本”,“健康第一”的效应。以体育教学“教什么”和“如何教”这两个最基本最切实的问题,对新建本科院校体育教学改革是非常有必要的,并以此为切入点,由点带面,由浅入深,是探讨新建本科院校女生体育教学实用性研究的最佳途径。 Based on document analysis and practice in teaching and learning, cognitive P. E. teaching and learning should aim at utility and feasibility with benefits like theory guiding practice and practice perfecting theory. It is extremely necessary to have a practical research into P. E. teaching and learning reform in newly-established undergraduate colleges while focusing on the most basic and realistic problems like 'what to teach'and 'how to teach'. From trivial to significant , shallow to deep, this research will be the best way to promote P. E. teaching and learning reform in newly-established undergraduate colleges.
