The safety problem of mobile agent in intrusion of detecting system was discussed based on mobile agent, this problem was analysed from three respects: safety of agent in non-host, protection of host resource and secure communication of agent and authentication among host computers. The safe tactics of mobile agent RSA algorithm, Rijndael algorithm and MD5 algorithm comprebensixely were proposed. This safety solution guarantees the mobile agent's safety.
