本文对中印贫困的现状、外在表征和内在成因等方面做出了深入细致的分析与研究,揭示出中印贫困现象背后深层次的运行机理,进而为两国政府探索消除贫困、制定切实可行的因应对策提供了全新的理论视角。

China and India are both developing countries which are experiencing rapid economic growth. Their achievements attract great attention, however the poverty problems in both countries are challenges for the governments of both countries, because poverty has been standing in way of the development of both countries' society and economy. Removal of poverty not only benefits their people but also contributes to the improvement of civilization and the prosperity of the whole world as well. There are many similarities between China and India in poverty status, poverty qualities and the reasons that cause poverty. China and India have both realized that the solution to poverty is to take practical measures to reduce the gap between rich and poor.
