A Feasibility Study of the Transportation Company on Chinese and Foreign Joint Management

为了寻求相互矛盾的多个目标兼顾的可行方案,通过调查、预测和初步可行性研究,建立多目标规划决策模型并采用多阶段计算方法,求得决策者期望的满意解。利用动态财务评价,敏感性分折和国民经济效益评价及主要运输技术经济指标的对比分析,论证了面对风险采取的对策和中外合资经营运输企业成功合作的模式。

The feasible alternatives are put forward for searching multiple objec-tives which are mutually contradictory.By means of investigation,fore-casting and preliminarg feasibility studies,a multiple goal programmingand decision mathematical model is built.The multiple phases computation method is used to calculate the expected satisfied solution for the decision maker.The dynamic financial evaluation,sensitivity analysis,national econo-mic effectiveness evaluation and horizontal analysis of the principal technical economic indicators of the automotive transportation are applied。 Adopted countermeasure and successful cooperative model of the tran- sportation company on joint Chinese and foreign management in face of the management risk is discussed.
