试论企业家道德

A Disscussion on the Ethics of Entrepreneur

为了适应激烈的国际竞争,必须充分重视企业家道德建设,企业家道德可以起到改善企业形象,培育企业精神,维系企业员工的作用。但是目前企业家自身和社会环境都对企业家道德建设存在不利影响,因此应当从激励、约束、构建社会信用体系以及完善法律等角度入手。

In order to adapt to the drastically international competition,much importance should be attached to the construction of the ethics of entrepreneur. The ethics of entrepreneur can improve the figure of enterprise,cultivate the spirit of enterprise and hold the personnel together. But now the entrepreneurs themselves and their social circumstance have adverse influence to the construction of ethics. So the ethics of entrepreneur should be enhanced through the way of motivation,restriction,the construction of the system of social credit and the improvement of the law.
