论高校精神文明建设中的以人为本

People-oriented Principle in Construction of College Spiritual Education

科学发展观所提出的“以人为本”,涵盖了官民关系、人物关系以及“人本身”物质需求与精神需求的关系;高校精神文明建设坚持以人为本,其落脚点在于谋求大学生精神状态、精神结构的改善和优化;我们要用崇高的理想信念、昂扬的民族精神、基本的道德观念、各具特色的大学精神把大学生培养成为既具有高尚的精神追求,又具有健康的道德诉求的、心灵和谐发展的“精神成人”。

Since people-oriented principle advanced in the scientific view of development covers the relations between army and civilian, man and material, and human’s material and spiritual demands, the implementation of people-oriented principle in the construction of college spiritual education should be based on the improvement and optimization of college students’ psychosis. Therefore stresses should be laid on the using of lofty ideas, great national spirit, basic moral and characteristic college spirit to train college students into a arduous chaser of lofty spirit, and a spiritually mature adult with sound moral and healthy soul.
