滚筒式沥青混凝土搅拌设备料温烟温动态特性研究 被引量:1

A Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Mixture Temperature and Exhaust Temperature for Drum Asphalt Mixing Plant

摘要 本文通过实际工况条件下的试验研究,初步探讨了滚筒式沥青混凝土搅沣设备出料温度与废烟气温度动态特性以及二者之间的定量关系。试验研究表明,滚筒式沥青混凝土搅拌设备的料温烟温系统前向通道传递函数均可用带纯滞后的高阶等容惯性环节来近似模拟。经过计算,首次定量建立了料温烟温的数学模型(传递函数)。对近似数学模型求解,得到的阶跃响应曲线与实测阶跃响应曲线吻合,其最大误差不超过2%。 In this paper,the dynamic characteristics of mixture temperature orexhaust temperature for drum asphalt mixing plant are studied initil-ly,and so is the constant relationship between mixture temperature and exhaust temperature through study of testing under working condi-tion.The test study shows that the transfer function of mixture tem-perature or exhaust temperature in front pass way is mimiced approxi-mately by a high-order equivalent inertia units with pure hysteresis.Mathematics model(tramsfer function)is established first through cal- culation.Obtained step response curve by solving the approximate ma-thematics model corresponds with measured one,and error is less than2%.
