区域经济协调发展与振兴东北老工业基地的战略意义

区域经济协调发展是邓小平的一贯思想主张。实践证明 ,区域经济没有差距是不符合事物发展规律的 ;差距过大又会引发严重问题。只有协调发展 ,共同富裕 ,才能共同发展。为此 ,邓小平提出了“两个大局”的战略构想 ,党中央第三代领导集体提出“西部大开发”战略 ,新一届中央集体又进一步提出“振兴东北老工业基地”的战略决策。

Coordinative development of regional economy is the persistent thought of Deng Xiaoping.Practice provides if there is no difference in regional economy,it does not accord with the rules of objective development;if there is excessive difference, it may raise some serious problems.only when coordinative development of regional economy and common richness, it can realize common development. Therefore Deng Xiaoping brings forward the strategy of 'Two Overall Situation', the 3rd group of leaders of the Central Party Committee puts forward the strategy of 'Great Development in the West', and the new Central Party Committee further puts forward the strategy of 'Rejuvenation of Northeast Industry Base'.
