摘要
面点销售占大型超市中总销售商品的相当比重,然而面点的销售并非总是获利的。讨论面点销售利润的模型,提出了获利数学期望最大值的条件,并在此基础上进一步讨论了损失费用的最小值,为销售商的营销策略提供一定的借鉴。
Ready-made flour-product sales occupy a comparatively big proportion of the total sales in large supermarkets, and yet they don't always make a decent profit from the ready-made flour-product sales. The thesis sets up the ready-made flour-product sale profit model by putting forward the conditions on which the maximum mathematic expectation of profit is based. In addition, a further discussion has been made of the minimum profit loss in the sales, which provides valuable reference for the sellers to make better decisions of their marketing strategies.
