通过对国内外过碳酸钠的生产技术与研究进展进行评述,提出过碳酸钠生产工艺和性能的改进方法。过碳酸钠的制备方法有干法和湿法,但只有湿法才是最成熟的工业生产方法。过碳酸钠湿法工艺的关键是要在生产过程中,适当提高反应与结晶温度、添加高效的内外稳定剂、选择适宜的原料配比以及合理控制盐析剂用量与反应结晶时间,以增加收率,提高质量,扩大规模,降低成本。

The production and research progress of sodium percarbonate at home and abroad are reviewed.The improvement methods of technology and performance for the production of sodium percarbonate are put forward.The results show that the preparation method of sodium percarbonate has dry method and wet method,but only wet method is a mature and main method for the production of sodium percarbonate.The key points for the production of sodium percarbonate are as following:To increase properly the reaction and crystalline temperature,add high-effective stabilizer,select suitable preparation ratio of raw materials,and control the amount of salting out agent and reaction and crystalline time,so that the yield of the product can be increased,the quality of the product improved,the scale of production expanded and the manufacture cost decreased.
