本文通过对小模数齿轮齿形的分析比较,重点介绍了照相机快门机构齿轮传动对渐开线齿形的特殊要求,并从实用的观点论述了在切制少齿数齿轮时应注意的问题,为齿形的优化设计提供依据。

Through the analysis and comparison of the gear profile of small modu-le,this paper mainly introduces the special requirements to involut gear profile of the tooch gear used in camera shutter mechanism.Mean while,this paper states the problems to be atended to in cutting gears with small quautity of teeth for practical use.This paper provides the basis for optimization design of tooth profile.
