摘要 随着抗菌药物在畜牧养殖业中的广泛应用,细菌的耐药性越来越引起人们的重视,成为全球化的重大问题,极大地影响着食品安全,危害着人类身体健康。本文就近年来国内外对细菌的耐药机制、基因机理及对耐药性的控制对策等方面作了阐明和综述。
