中老年早、中期膝关节骨性关节炎关节镜检后透明质酸钠注射治疗

Hyalurate injection treatment for the early stage of osteoarthritis in old or Middle-aged group after arthroscopy

目的中老年早、中期膝关节骨性关节炎常规口服药物治疗效果不满意,寻找较为有效的一种非手术治疗途径。方法用关节镜对早、中期中老年膝关节骨性关节炎的患者进行检查治疗,然后进行关节腔内生理盐水冲洗,继而向膝关节腔注入透明质酸钠,每次2ml,每周1次,5次为一疗程。结果从疼痛程度、关节活动范围、主动伸展受限、内外翻畸形、步行能力及日常生活活动等方面进行评价,优良率为81.2%。结论对早、中期中老年膝关节骨性关节炎,该方法效果明显。能达到改善关节内环境,祛除炎性致痛物质并且营养关节软骨,改变关节滑液的流变学状态,恢复关节软骨弹性的目的。

Objective To found a effective way for the early or meddle stage osteoarthritis. Methods The patients with osteoarthritis were first checked and treated by arthroscopy; then the cavity of the knee joint was injected into Hyalurate about 2 ml once a week for 5 weeks altogether. Results The final obvious effective improvement rate reach to 81. 2 percent. Conclusion The result of the study suggested that hyalurate injection treatment after arthroscopy is a effective way for the early stage of osteoarthritis in old or Middle-aged group.
