摘要 谷氨酰胺(Gln)是重要的营养组成成分。近年来的研究表明,Gln在肿瘤化疗中起到重要作用。化疗期间补充Gln,可以抑制肿瘤细胞的生长、改善机体营养状况、增强机体的免疫功能、增加化疗疗效,并且可减轻化疗相关的不良反应,有着广阔的应用前景。 Evidence suggests that glutamine plays an important role in tumor chemotherapy. This review reveals that glutamine can decrease the growth of tumor cell, enhance the nutrition status and immunity of tumor host, increase the curative effect of chemotherapy and also decrease its side effects.
