急性白血病化学治疗后合并肺曲霉病的临床分析

摘要
回顾性分析3例急性白血病化学治疗后出现肺曲霉病患者的临床资料。3例临床症状不典型,均存在免疫力下降、曾予肾上腺皮质激素和大剂量广谱抗菌药物等治疗,2例因诊断延迟而死亡,1例因在疑及真菌感染情况下先后予氟康唑、酮康唑治疗,症状明显改善。
