摘要  哺乳动物胚胎中存在两种类型的DNA甲基转移酶(DnmT):一种是维持型的DnmT1,用于保持子代细胞与母细胞相同的DNA特异性甲基化模式;另一种是新发型的Dnmt3,主要负责建立胚胎发育分化过程中的组织特异性甲基化模式,在卵母细胞中母本印记基因的建立等方面也起一定作用。DnmT对胚胎的正常发育至关重要,其表达缺失或异常表达均可导致胚胎、胎儿的发育异常。
