摘要 提出一种适合计算机推演的车身尺寸链生成方法在研究装配有向图表达基础上建立车身装配接触链模型,并应用图论方法开发了以关键尺寸为目标的路径搜索算法;通过可行路径和尺寸链的映射关系,生成车身装配尺寸链该方法的实现。 A computer based method to generate dimension chains for auto-body assembly is proposed in the paper. By the method, firstly a joint chain model tailored for auto-body is developed with the help of graphical representation of assembly. Then a path search algorithm based on graph theory is developed and performed to find feasible path. The mapping between the feasible path and the member of dimension chain finally helps produce dimension chain of auto-body. The contribution of this method is in facilitating the procedure for the computer-aided compliant assembly variation analysis.
