摘要
提出了实用的基于点的鞋楦CAD CAM技术,给出了基于点的鞋楦几何模型定义,由经过规则化处理的鞋楦表面数据点集表示鞋楦模型;在此基础上研究了鞋楦CAD方法,通过对点集的操作完成鞋楦设计;实现了鞋楦数控编程,建立刀具模型并给出刀位点计算的详细过程 该技术已经成功地用于鞋楦CAD CAM系统的开发,并用于实际生产。
A point-based method is proposed in the paper to realize shoe last CAD?CAM. By the method, firstly, point-based geometric model of shoe last is defined, and a surface point data set after regular processing is used to represent the shoe last model. Secondly, the CAD method for shoe last is realized based on this definition. The design process is fulfilled by manipulating the point set. Finally the CAM method for shoe last is introduced. The tool model is constructed and the detailed process of cutter location calculation is presented. With this efficient technology, a practical shoe last CAD?CAM system is developed and applied to practical production in success.
