摘要 目的 探讨实时三维磁共振血管成像(RT 3D MRA)诊断脑动脉瘤的价值。方法 选择MRA、DSA、手术资料完整的颅内动脉瘤患者20例,将所有病例MRI源图重新重建,用RT 3D MRA再次观察,并与DSA、手术结果对照分析。结果 20 例患者共检出24 个动脉瘤,其中RT 3D MRA、MRA MIP、DSA三种方法假阴性数分别为1 例、3 例、2 例,且RT 3D MRA对动脉瘤细节观察更好。结论 实时三维MRA可作为颅内动脉瘤患者的初选检查方法,与MRI、MRA MIP结合可达到DSA同等的诊断效果。 Objective To study the diagnostic value of real-time three-dimensional MR angiography (RT-3D-MRA) in intracranial aneurysms. Methods MRA, DSA and operation data of twenty patients with intracranial aneurysm were selected. All MRA resource images were reloaded in the workstation and reconstructed to observe with RT-3D-MRA, and compared with DSA and the results of operation. Results Twenty-four aneurysms were found at last. The negative cases of RT-3D-MRA, MRA-MIP and DSA were 1, 3 and 2 respectively and RT-3D-MRA was the best way to observe the details of aneurysms. Conclusion RT-3D-MRA is the best screen means for intracranial aneurysms.The use of RT-3D-MRA combined with MRA-MIP can meet the diagnostic capacity of DSA.
