乳腺增生症的X线诊断研究

Study on mammographic diagnosis of mammary hyperplasias

目的 分析乳腺增生症的钼靶摄影表现,以进一步认识该病和提高影像诊断水平。方法 对85 例经钼靶摄影和病理证实的乳腺增生症进行回顾性分析。结果 钼靶摄影表现为:①片状影44 例(占52%),②肿块影36 例(占42%),③结节状影30例(占35%),④条索状影6 例(占7%),⑤Cooper韧带增粗、变形5 例(占6%),⑥囊性低密度影6 例(占7%),⑦钙化12例(占14%)。结论 乳腺增生症的钼靶摄影表现多种多样,充分认识和分析其X线表现,并与乳腺癌进行鉴别诊断,有助于提高对该病的诊断水平。

Objective To analyze the mammographic findings with molybdenum target tube in mammary hyperplasia. Methods Eighty-five cases of mammary hyperplasia which had performed molybdenum mammography and had been confirmed by surgical pathology were observed and analyzed. Results The mammographic findings were: ①sheetlike image ( n =44, 52%), ②mass ( n =36, 42%), ③nodule ( n =30, 35%), ④strip-shaped and funicular image ( n =6, 7%), ⑤cooper'ligament coarsening and deforming ( n =5, 6%), ⑥cystic and low density image ( n = 6, 7%), ⑦microcalcification ( n =12, 14%). Conclusion The mammographic manifestations of mammary hyperplasia are various.It will improve the diagnositic accuracy of mammary hyperplasias to recognize and analyze their mammographic manifestations fully,to distinguish with breast carcinoma.
