摘要 针对FDG研究的标准摄取值法(SUV)是普遍应用于良恶性肿瘤鉴别与疗效评估的方法。它被视作模型方法的一种简化形式。基于这种理论基础,本文具体阐述了SUV的优点和不稳定因素,并针对这些局限性提出了相关的控制措施和改进策略。随着科学技术的发展,SUV方法将越来越准确、可靠而受到欢迎。 Standardized uptake value (SUV) for fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) studies that was widely used to differentiate malignant from benign tumors and to assess the efficacy of therapy was regarded as a simplified calculation of the more general modeling approach. Based on such a theoretical foundation, the merits and limitations of SUV were examined with reference to literature reports on tumor uptake of FDG. Due to so many variable effect factors influencing SUV determination, a lot of control measures and improved methods are introduced. With the development of science and technology, SUV would become more and more accurate, valid and acceptable.
