摘要
目的从非经络角度研究电针通过阿片系统对糖尿病大鼠血糖及血脂的影响及其对于糖尿病的临床意义。方法从140只雄性大鼠中随机选取10只做空白对照组(A组),腹腔注射等量0.9%氯化钠注射液。剩余130只大鼠腹腔注射2%链脲霉素溶液50mg/kg,3周后断尾取血测餐后2h血糖,有明显糖耐量减量者给予高热量饲料饲养28d,为非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)模型大鼠。造模成功64只,随机分为3组。即NIDDM模型对照组(B组,20只),NIDDM电针治疗组(C组,22只),NIDDM电针加纳络酮组(D组,22只)。C组与D组大鼠用2Hz电针刺激;A组、B组大鼠同样插针,但不予通电;D组大鼠在针刺前30min腹腔注射纳络酮注射液(1mg/kg)。治疗后空腹4h检测血糖及血脂蛋白(a)。结果治疗后血糖及脂蛋白(a)C组与B组比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.05);D组与B组比较,差异无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。C组与D组比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前后比较,C组差异有显著性意义(均P<0.05);B组、D组差异无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。结论电针治疗可以有效地降低糖尿病大鼠血糖水平,并可以降低糖尿病大鼠的动脉硬化风险,其机制可能通过阿片系统产生作用。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of the reduction of plasma glucose and lipoprotein(a) by electroacupuncture in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats and its implication in nursing. Methods Ten rats were randomly selected as control group (group A). The rest 130 rats were injected intraperitoneally either with 2 % STZ (50 mg/kg) and 0.9 % saline (50 mg/kg). Three weeks later, the post meal plasma glucose (2 h after the meal) was tested in tail blood. The rats whose glucose resistance ability was reduced were fed with high energy forage for 28 days to establish NIDDDM models. Sixty diabetes model rats were divided into 3 groups: NIDDM model control group (group B, 20 rats), NIDDM electroacupuncture group (group C, 22 rats) and NIDDM electroacupuncture plus naloxone group (group D, 22 rats). The rats in group C and group D were treated with electroacupuncture (2 Hz), and the rats in group A and group B were inserted with the electroacupuncture but without electric power. The rats in group D were injected intraperitoneally with naloxone (1 mg/kg) 30 min before the electroacupuncture. The plasma glucose and lipoprotein(a) after the treatment were determined. Results There was significant difference in the plasma glucose and lipoprotein(a) between group C and group B or group D (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between group D and group B (P>0.05). There was significant difference in the plasma glucose and lipoprotein(a) before and after the treatment in group C (P<0.05).Conclusion The electroacupuncture can reduce the blood glucose and the risk of atherosclerosis possible via the way of opiate system.
