摘要
目的探讨健康教育对精神分裂症患者自我概念的影响。方法将80例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,在常规用药的情况下,对照组辅以简单的娱乐活动;观察组增加健康教育8周。健康教育前、后采用自我概念量表(TSCS)[1]和自尊量表(SES)[2]进行两组评分。结果观察组干预前、后SES、TSCS评分,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);与对照组教育后比较,SES、TSCS评分,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论健康教育有助于消除康复期精神分裂症患者的自卑心理,增强自信心,提高自我概念水平,改善临床疗效,促进其顺利回归社会。
Objective To study the effect of health education on the self-concept of the patients with schizophrenia. Methods Eighty patients with schizophrenia were equally divided into two groups: observation group and control group. Besides routine medication for 8 weeks, the patients in control group engaged in the simple entertainment, while those in observation group underwent systematic health education for 8 weeks. By using TSCS and SES, self-comparison and group-comparison were made before and after the health education.Results After the health education, the scores of TSCS and SES in observation group was significantly increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), as compared with that before the health education and that in control group (P<0.05, P<0.01).Conclusion Health education can help the patients eliminate the inferiority, reinforce the confidence, improve the self-concept and the clinical effect.
