本文分析了马铃薯的生理生化特性及它对保鲜包装的影响,阐述了马铃薯保鲜包装的技术要求,探讨了马铃薯瓦楞纸箱保鲜包装系统的新技术。
This paper analyses the physiological and biochemicalcharacteristics of potatoes and their influences on the freshkeeping packageing of potatoes, introduces the requirements and methods for the fresh-keeping technology for potato packaging and suggests systematic methods for this purpose by using corrugated board boxes.
