建设经济规模蛋氨酸装置探讨

Discussion on Construction of Facility in Economic Scale for Methionine Production

通过对蛋氨酸的2种生产技术,生产蛋氨酸用原料如丙烯、硫化氢、液体氰化钠等的要求,以及主要生产设备的类型和标准的介绍,探讨了建设经济规模的蛋氨酸装置的自动控制方案。并讨论了几种主要污染及其治理方法,最后针对我国的蛋氨酸生产情况提出几点建议。

Based on the introduction of two technologies for methionine production, requirements for raw materials such as propylene, hydrogen sulfide,aqueous sodium cyanide and so on, and type and standard of main production facilities, the automatic controll program for construction of methionine production facilities in economic scale was discussed. Meanwhile, the main pollution and its treatment method were discussed also. Finally, some suggestions aiming at improving production situation of methionine for China were put forward.
