摘要
介绍有机中间体硫辛酸的物理性质、国内外制备方法。并讨论了硫辛酸在药物和食品等方面的广泛应用,最后简要评述硫辛酸在我国和日本的生产和价格现状。
The physical property and preparing method at home and abroad of organic intermediate thioctic acid are introduced. And a wide range of applications of thioctic acid in medicament, food and etc. are reviewed. Finally, the situations of production of thioctic acid and its prices in China and in Japan are described in brief.
