This paper offers an interpretation of the concept of 'habit' first. Based on the results of abundant existed studies related to nerve and brain science, this paper explores physical dynamics of the formation of 'habit'. Finally in the view of the psychological theories with attention to cognition and behaviorism, the analysis on the psychological dynamics of the formation of 'habit' was put forward.
