自行车运动员高原训练强度监控的研究 被引量:5

Research on Monitoring Altitude Training Intensity for the Plain Bicycle Athletes

摘要 对平原自行车队的运动员分别在平原、2300m的高原、实验室和公路现场训练的负荷强度进行了研究,发现运动时的最大摄氧量、通气阈功率低氧较常氧下降约20%,血乳酸值短期高原训练后较平原增长20%左右,由此提出高原训练负荷强度的安排模式,以期为解决各种缺氧条件下的负荷强度问题提供有关的参考。 The paper conducted researches separately with attention to the bicycle athletes' load intensity in plain, 2 300-meter altitude highland, lab, and highway training. The results of this study proved that V·o2max and VE reduced by approximately 20% during the exercises and after training on highland, intensity increased by 20%. Based on the research results, the model was proposed, with an emphasis on the arrangement of altitude training load intensity, which offered the concerned references of periodically solving the problems of the intensity under the conditions of lack of oxygen.
