Ecological Balance and Sustainable Development are the Basic Conception for Urban Panning, Architecture Design and the Construction

作者提出生态平衡、可持续发展是本世纪中外城市与建筑的发展方向,是判断城市与建筑是否先进的标准。此文针对我国在城市与建筑建设中存在的问题,结合国内和国外的实例从自然的和社会、经济、文化的四个生态平衡方面,提出20个具体观点与作法,阐述生态平衡、可持续发展是城市规划建设与建筑设计营造的基本理念。

Ecological balance and sustainable development are the developing trends of Chinese and foreign city and architecture. They are not only basic conception in urban planning, architectural design and relevant construction, but also standards to evaluate urban and architectural advancement. Aiming at the problems of construction of domestic city and building, and citing some examples at home and abroad, the author comes up with 20 concrete viewpoints with mea- sures on ecological balance of nature, society, economy and culture.
